We will have direct communication with our superintendent to get updates, reports, or photos as needed. You will be notified of any delays or incidents via a weekly electronic report, with details of progress. Our superintendents make sure that your approved safety plans are in compliance with Chapter 33 of the New York City building code, and that all of the required licenses and permits are visible on your job site. We certify that all work conforms to your plans. We ensure that your project is safe and compliant by creating a hazard-free workplace resulting in timely and safe project completion. We check daily to make sure that all of your employees have the correct licenses and certificates to perform the work safely.
